Arrangement Tools

The Arrangement tools help you quickly organize and manage your layers. They enable easy reordering and locking.

The Arrangement panel is the top section of the Properties Panel.

How to use Arrange tool?

1. Select the desired layer
2. Click on the preferred arrange option in the panel.

Arrange tool options description:

• Arrange Back: moves the selected layer to the bottom.
• Arrange Backward: moves the selected layer one step backward.
• Arrange Forward: moves the selected layer one step forward.
• Arrange Front: moves the selected layer to the top.

What is Z-index?

Z-index acts as a layering tool for Studio elements, determining the stacking order in which they overlap on a webpage.

• Auto: means the studio decides the stacking order based on the elements' positions in the Layers.
• Higher Numbers: elements with higher z-index numbers appear in front of those with lower numbers.
• Lower Numbers: elements with lower z-index numbers appear behind those with higher numbers.

Lock Settings

The Lock Settings available in Studio enable users to specify which attributes of an element should be protected against modifications, including its position, content, or styling.

How to use Lock tool?

1. Click on the button with a lock icon
2. Select the desired locking option.

• All: Locks everything.
• Content: Only locks the content.
• Position: Only locks the position.
• Styling: Only locks the appearance.
• None: Unlocks everything.
