Can I hide certain widgets in specific views?

Yes, you can toggle the display on and off by selecting your widget and clicking on the eyeball icon in either the properties panel or the layers panel, as shown below:

Please keep in mind that if you toggle display off for the desktop view it will toggle it for all views. You can then toggle it back on for other views as needed.
