Guides

The Guides panel, located at the bottom center of the editor, gives you quick access to tools that help with layout, alignment, and editing. Here’s a quick overview of what each option does:

📏 Ruler

Displays horizontal and vertical rulers along the edges of your canvas, helping you align elements more precisely.

🧲 Snap-To

When enabled, elements will automatically "snap" into place against other widgets, making layout alignment much easier.

📐 Dimensions

Shows the exact width and height of selected elements, and distance between elements and sides of page.

🗂 Tabs

Indicates which widget or section is selected and active (e.g., for editing or moving).

✍️ Direct Edit

Want to edit text quickly? With one click, Direct Edit jumps you straight into text editing mode, no extra clicks needed. This can be really useful when a text box is within one or more elements.

📋 Show Menu

Reveals the menu bar on your current page.

To edit the menu, you’ll need to navigate to the page where the menu is located.

📂 Show Expandable Menu

Displays the expandable menu if one is part of your project.

Editing this also requires going to the page where the expandable menu is added.
